With this sale, Align sharpens its focus on their portfolio management platform, which effectively consolidates data across property managers and provides a detailed, intuitive overview of property performance.
With this sale, Align continues to develop solutions that provide real estate investors with deep insights into their portfolios and support data-driven decisions that can optimize the value of their properties. The customer list includes AkademikerPension, Lærernes Pension, and PensionDanmark.
The ambition is to create even better decision-making processes for real estate investors, not just in Denmark, but also globally. Align has already taken a step across the Atlantic with its first customer in the USA and sees great opportunities for further expansion across other markets.
In Denmark, Align works with several of the largest property administrators, including DEAS, CEJ, Newsec, and Taurus, providing customers with a seamless and integrated solution regardless of where their portfolio is managed.
