When Daniel Tewfik joined Pears as Senior Project Manager, his first challenge was to tackle inefficiencies in data management. With data spread across multiple Excel files and systems, the company struggled to get a unified view of its portfolio.
"We had multiple data sources spread across different portfolios. If we wanted to see which units were vacant, we had to open several Excel files simultaneously. It was time-consuming and prone to errors," says Tewfik.
Recognizing the need for a streamlined solution, Pears partnered with Estaid as its first client to help design and refine the platform Estaid Portfolio. The result is a solution that consolidates data, making it easier to access insights and manage portfolios efficiently.
